YEP It is that time of the week....get on those scales and start posting those numbers! I think that any of you who contributed this past year to the wl....wow did we have a year!

So post how much you lost this week or gained...this is a place of support....how you feel about yourself...how your clothes fit...you know the drill!

Good Morning Janine and Cali,

This week finds me with another 3lb weight loss.  I now weigh the same as I did at the end of the 11th grade. But at least two sizes smaller then I was back then.  I used my tredmill last night for the first time.  really liked it.  I work out everyday, but since my mom was here and Jordyn took a long afternoon nap, I was able to give it a whirl.

By the by can someone tell me where to update my ticker now with the new format. Thanks

Monica I usually cheat and after I post I click on the ticker in my signature and it takes me to the ticker site I update my info and it automatically updates your ticker in your signature too.  At least mine does...see if that works for you =)

Morning Janine and Cali . . . I'm down 1 lb from last week .. .almost back to my ticker (refuse to put gains on which is bad . . . but that is me!  Two more lbs and I'm back to that point.  The stress in this house isn't helping me at ALL!!!

On the up side... my DIL got a CLEAN pap results after her chemo yesterday . .. and doesn't need to go back for 6 weeks!  She has never in her life had a clean one before . . . wahoo!

With all Steve has going on . . . do we need someone else (I could) to step in an do the tracker until he is ready to even think about it again?  I think my little brain can figure out how this is done . . . let me know.

i'm not to happy this morning i'm up 3lbs wtf ... i guess i need to excersize more or something... that's it for me to day ... i do have to say i'm fitting into a 16 now.. so something is happpening.. i hope everyone has a great day...

WEll, I am down 3# this week.  Been upping the exercise.  Clothes fit excellent.  Even went and bought some new things yesterday!  Had to - most everything was just bagging way too much.  Been tracking my protein and have been getting in between 70 and 85 g  a day which isn't too bad.  It's a busy day here so going to run.  May post more later when I get home!
